Project Description:
New Construction of the LA Lee YMCA Mizell Community Center in Fort Lauderdale – a 4 Story, +/- 72,000 SF, mixed use building with primary tenant the YMCA of SF. To include retail space, classrooms, meeting space, main lobby, locker rooms, wellness, offices, gymnasium, theater, education labs, support spaces, site work, site amenities, and swimming pool.
GULF is actively seeking participation from minority-owned firms/vendors/contractors, women-owned firms/ vendors/contractors, or labor surplus area firms/vendors/contractors of the opportunity to bid on the Project, with a minimum benchmark of Thirty Percent (30%) of minority participation.
